is there a way to make ur FPS go higher mine is at 31 but i seen on a CO video sum1s FPS was 39 and like what would the requirements to make the FPS go that high???? like tips what to do for example ( turn of show names, play in 1024 X 768) things like this if any1 does have anything please post ill be appretiated coz i cant FB with low FPS cheers!!!!

i get 38-40 fps constandly, to boost ur fps open windows media player or aim (thats what i do)

FPS is frames per second and depends on how fast ur internet connection is...so does teh ping

and i beleive its fixed at like 40 because the majority of the effects are made up on individual frames, so a higher frame rate would increase the speed at which the effect is displayed...which could cause problems

euhm frame a second.. if youre internet connection is slow.. lets say about 800 ping.. that might lower fps... but not allways connection si the problem.... graphics card could help... and sometimes even having nothing on background fps depends on many things

no. you obviously know nothing. fps is not affected with ping whatsoever. why don't you go read about client/server connection. if the server ping is 1500 you will still be able to jump around at the same fps... unless the Sping is extremely high that your not even connected it wont really affect your fps. (and even that is arguable)Quote:

fps is different from ping all together, ping relys on connections. but fps (frames per second) depends on how fast your computer RAM and processing power is.
