Need help with QOProxy

Need help with this...

I downloaded qoproxy and runed the cmd prompt, after i get there when i type ''java server qoproxy'' a message appears saying ''could not creat the java virtual machine''

I've searched for a guide for qoproxy and havent found a good one.

Help plz :D
