A question about super redstone people say u get 100% chance upgrade and it adds socket is this true?

U get 100% upgrade but not socket all the time...

I don't know if this is true but when the system msg you that if you will get sucessful upgrade your item will be soc just wait for the msg system w/ color blue

S-red upgrades quality 100% but doesnt give soc 100%...just like S-vio
