ItemType.dat help?

ok first off no i dont have a modded one but i have looked thru it and its very simmaler to COs itemtype.dat 5 of each item i assume is norm/ref/uni/eli/sup
14 unnamed eggs i have tested and yes u can rename them and see the change ingame. so is there anyone with programing exp on this that can lend a hand and program a itemtype renamer? im simply far to lazy to go thru and rename each item but i am working on renameing the Eggs(the part i cared about) and can supply the correct names for each one once i get them all i have confimed egg7 and 8 are mage attdef and mage mdef

ok ive found 3 eggs so far(i dont get many neways)
and im wondering since i might release this how we all want them named?
right now im sticking to the same number of chars in the file
i might try adding a few to see what happens but i have no eggs
so if anyone wants to help me out by hatching eggs and recording what they are ill post a copy of my modified itemtypes.dat
the eggs are renamed
EudemonEg1
EudemonEg2
EudemonEg3

EudemonE12
EudemonE13
EudemonE14

ive found 3 eggs 3, 7 and 8
so if anyone wants to help let me know ill post that up here

also we need to figureout a nameing convention for them 10 chars is what most are but a few eggs have 12 chars.. im going to test to see how long i can make the names so i need some sugestions form all of you

if it stays 10 char how to name the eggs?
if i can do 12 how to name?
if i can do more howto name?

ohh and if i wasent so lazy i could also hand edit every item so you could tell it's quality too... maybe ill fiddle with VB see if i can figure out how to make a automated renamer

if u get a numbered egg useing this plz post what it hatched into

W-AT-DFEgg war atkdef
M-Mdef--Egg Mage Mdef

the rest are numbers

Okay, I just started to work through this. Guys if you are going to make these, if you could when you write down what you chagned the eggs too, write down the order if you can. for example the first egg is a Warrior P-atk egg and the third is a Warrior - ArkDef egg. I'm doing this myslef so i can name them myself to what I like, any help would be great when you post, post which egg is which.

P.S. I went throug the .dat file, and ordered the eggs with a EudemonEg1, EudemonEg2, etc... once I saw in game which they were I wrote them down. Thats how I'm doing it untill I get a complete list.

Look down the bottom there is most of the types of eggs you can get ^.^.

thats just a txt dump of the file.... i dont see the usefulness cept maybe making it easier to read

but anyways i do appreciate the help on this and I will consider renameing items to show quality if i get enuff support

i dont think quality is of any use.. the demon can be average cuz the main attributes is like -10 points.. but the subattributes rock...

if a mdef-pdef has max m-atk gr of 18 and the main attributes is like 3 or 4 the overall quality will shrink down to like good or average.. if you make it show quality many people will throw away good demons :)

keep to the naming or the eggs instead :)

oo i see your point but lol i ment item quality like ref uni elite super as far as i know i cant do the Euds quality.. pretty sure ya gotta lvl them to 20 to find it

Heres the info that i have gathered:
Egg1 = WarP-Atk
Egg2 = WarP-Def
Egg3 = WarAtkDef
Egg5 = P-defM-def
Egg6 = MageM-Atk
Egg7 = MageAtkDef
Egg8 = MageM-Def

I have included the ItemType.dat in this post. Although I have not tested it, I believe it is correct. :D
