REally dumb / Noob question

is there any neck that add cast or any thing liek the neck of legend n all those that used to be pretty cool if i refine some of those wat kinda stats do i get XD



if theres a low lvl necky that gives cast plz let me know and if you could wehere to get it / how to make

if im correct there is a cm event neck lvl 25 or so that does that.

but i cant really confirm since i dont have pics or so.

The only necklass i can think off is a Biglos (lvl 55) that gives reduced cast. You can drops this on lots of mobs, but best drop rate in in cf (either f1 or f2).

yes old cm necklace of legend has 4% crit cooldown/cast and +1 all skills

xd I KNOW BIGLOS I DONT WANT IT TO BE UNIQUE xd SO ONLY THE CM EVENT NECK HM WELL I KNOW NECK OF LEGENDS ADD xp so if any 1 knows the max xp gain you can get with it plz let me know.

max xp is like 3 or 4 from combined necks

you cant combine a neck and get cast or cd

Telz dont have such a nec. its Krony's, and its a Nec of Autorithy.

its telz's neck, krony just is constantly using it more often than telz.

and more often now that the cooldown has been capped

how about a neck you get from failing to refine an unique acc ?
( 10 pieces + 2 jewels )
there are some quickness rings ( lvl 15 normal ) which have for example 2% crit because of doing this

i think that they come from a failed combination of refined accessories like the refined ring of trans and neck of legend, not from a failed combination of an unique...Let's say you want to combine a ring of trans lvl 20 to get a refined ring of trans lvl 40, if you fail you will get the normal lvl 15 ring (agility ring if i'm not wrong) and this ring might have the same stats as the combined rings can...

yeah, i thought the same thing, still only make rings if u have to much mats^^

mhm i only know biglos...
and i'm still happy that i have 1 with 4er wings =D
