How do you completly take out a shopkeeper from the game?and how to change how the players walk,ask how to take an item out of the game

An advice: Hire someone to make the job to you and stop asking/making threads like a mad. No one will answer your questions anymore. So think twice before post or start to use the search tool.

Delete a line in npc.csv.
I guess you mean walk speed, so go to maplist.csv for that one.
Delete a line in itemetc.csv or itemarmor.csv or itemweapon.csv or itemcash.csv, depending on what item you wanna take out.

share/map/7-loa/npc_7-loa.csv

remove the column that corresponds to the NPC u wish to remove
