Chinese Client - Reloaded

Well, got my chinese client to run on my pserver. lot of work left to do still.

actually thats not retarded i have a full translated chinese client i run on mine for testing... runs better then the US client does seeing as the server files are chinese/Korean native

yes I'm using the ep4 database, but thats only because I'm currently setting up Chinese ep5+ database in virtual machine. these are all just experiments. so I can translate some of the numerous tools the Chinese have.

One such tool I found, allows OS client(Including US version) to run(bypassing GG) without having to patch GG out of the game.exe.

Wait, GG? is that not long gone already? ... And it was already known how to deactivate it before it got shut down by USOS. Anycase, reverting the chinese client is fairly easy since the game.exe works on the same matter, did it before too. I see your chinese client IS in fact EP5. If intrested i got the original ep 4 (not 4.5) chinese client backed up for testing purposes. A contact of mine from china (if i remember correctly) also got an EP5 server running, but since people dispise EP5 so far, i won't go into this.

Dang, I'm always a few steps behind. maybe I should quit my job so I can concentrate on pserver dev. lol.

Rofl, it just has low to no use, the only positive thing about a fully updated chinese client is to test out new servers, like i did with EP5, i cannot release it tho since my chinese friend hosted it, and he only gives when he fixes the main bugs. IF ep5 comes out, the chinese client will be best to use for around 3 months, then OS / SonoV will update too after a testing period, and the chinese client has no use again because it updated too far already.
