0 playtime safe STEAM accounts (cheap)

So I've decided to open my steam shop. And there are few main things you should know...

• All accounts have no playtime (per last 2 weeks).
• All accounts are VAC clean and UNVERIFIED.
• I accept only PAYPAL.
• I will go first only with trusted people! Or you get middle man :)
