anyone here know the dark moist bug on some pw private servers? that cast so fast like 3 sec for more than 6 skills i see someone doing it. anyone teach me some tutorial.

it will be easy if u watch this

1st.Private server
2nd.Casting stones
3rd.is a private server where who donte 20EUR you get a -100% casting time.....

already got 97% CT but still cant do a instant cast with no delay. but one on the video has only 54% and can cast x3 fastest than mine.
