[HELP]Help me with runescape server.

I need help with setting up an online private server of runescape, im going to run it hamachi if i can, i got a wireless laptop so im not sure. Never done it before so if you explain how to do it, please include an excellent detailed tutorial and step by step please. I appreciate all your help. Thanks,
