iBot Problem

Hi i had download iBot and now ein click to "run client" but the client dont open? I had just Download and than active.

What must i do?

Hi i have it! Thanks for all..

I think this question is still somewhat relevant to what enter is speaking of, but I open Ibot and the edxloader i hit launch and edx closes as if about to start but never starts i look through my processes and sro_client.exe is gone so I assume it automatically closes any advice?
