it's to proxyfie all the programs you want, including ragnarok, so you can dual account with differents ip, bot, wpe, whatever ^^'.
srsly i'm sure (but just as lazy as you, maybe because it's not my problem =p) you easily find that on google, just type proxycap tutorial or something (it doesn't have to be specific on ragnarok, just adapt it.
