[REQUEST] Shaiya Item.SData Decrypter

hi, I has the worldshaiya Item.SData files, I would like to load them onto my other server, but I need a way to decrypt the item.sdata files they sent me, it is in a bunch of randoms letters and sybols. how do I fix it ? or is there a fix yet ?
