Try doing a fast double click on the icon instead of just 1 click.

sea shadow isn't working with windows 7 , vista
you can open it with vmware windows xp

if you want to work click right on sea then go to compatibility and change from windows service pack 3 to service pack 2 and select run as admin...try this and then will work:)
