yes u can find a programmer or someone who is kind to make and host a proxy for u.. redirect from a web port or something
i needed that too :(

maybe a program exists, that emulates a direct internet connection so that all progs which dont support proxies can be used

You can open an OpenVPN VPN connection. But you have to install some stuff on the client maschine for this as well as have to have a OpenVPN server to connect.
