bug in msg or npcserver

The kingboss were to be born: 4 in 4 hours and not born at the right time
, and has hours that are lost and all monsters have to reeniciar the server so that they return

not a messageserver big or npc bug

I changed my npcserver and the monsters back to normal.
Now with the bug so that the monsters are born at different times of the record.
