RSRO Silks

Hey guys. I have a question, Paypal is restricted from russia? I mean, we cant buy silks via paypal on rsro, am I right?

I got this email, when tried to buy silks:
Pay to 2pay number ****** payment 550 RUB Euro: 17.22 Dollars: 20.59
Order number:
Your 2pay number:
Application is formed on 1000 Silk
Bank name, Bank of America.....
Does it mean i will get silks? Money from paypal didn't gone. And i did it twice.

No, paypal doesn't work too many chargeback's I guess.

Damn... Now how I supose to buy them? Maybe I could create another thing like paypal, that acepts rsro, and somehow send money to it? :D

Ever heard of moneybookers?

Heard of it, but never tried it. Is it possible transfer money between moneybookers and paypal?

yeap but you need bank account... i cant remember but some dude sayd that you need it
