looking for a pserver

allrite title says it all...i just want a pserver to mess around with...but im new to pservers and wanted to kno if ppl could recommend some good pservers and explain difference between gamehi's dekaron and a pserver...plus is this the legit one for dekaron elite?...dont want a virus lol...not trying to advertise it either...

thx...but wat is the difference between no rebirth/reborn and rebirth/reborn that the top 3 sites are saying they hav?...and wat exactly IS the reborn system?...plus are any of these pservers (elite dekaron, eternia dekaron and dekaron nemesis) in US?...dont wanna lag by playing in european server...

Well, rebirth is different on different servers, but heres the idea:
You log off at max lvl, you log back in at lvl 1, but you have some stat points/skill points that you wouldn't normally have at lvl 1, so you kind of start over again, but you are stronger when you do so.

Also, most P-servers, no mater which country the admins live in, they are mostly hosted off-shore, like Philippines, so that they wouldn't get sued, as the Philippines laws would apply to them. So even if you find a P-server hosted in the USA, Acclaim/GameHi will pwn it in less then a month.

now whats difference between these, well

rb = unbalanced (most rb servers)
no rb = balanced (usually lvl 200-250max)(elite..)
some server have OP rings(fussion) = unbalanced
without OP stuff(elite) = balanced
free stuff - no need to buy (abnormal..)
OP stuff that cost ridiculous $$ (zan, fussion, etc..)

I never actually understood how RB and OP items are unbalanced. I mean, all people can get those OP items? And all people can RB? "It's unbalanced" makes completely no sense, OP items and RB are the same to everyone.

that's right , but other chars get OP then they reborn ,
OP is not about the items ,
it's about the character ,
for example a full rb mage with 3000 stats , is not the same as full rb with segi 3000 stats .

coz for example when addming Con. mage will get alot def . with alot Con. stats .
so mage have a high dmg , so mage will be OP .
high dmg , high def , with high res . so noone can pwn her .

it's not about items or this elite shits . it's about how's the character build

any filipino player here who had tried elite dekaron alreadY?? and from what country is elite based? maybe its lag.
