GW noob

Hey guys, just started GW, well, its updating and stuff now, just wondering if there are any tips people can give me (flaming isnt appreciated) and id rather people didnt post bs :)

Hm, have you ever played GW before? Else you should start in the tutorial/pre-searing. There, you should not leave the pre, until you are at least lvl 10. For Beginners this is easier. Make some quests gain exp and very important: Get as many Skills as possbile.
When you have left the tutorial, you are in Old Ascalon. 1st of all, you should buy new armor. If you have not got enough money, go out and get some. Salvage items to get material for armor. Collect some quests and explore the area around you with a nice party. When you feel ready, look for the first mission. We can meet up in english districts, so I can help you. Have fun!

awesome, thanks, my friend told me there are 3 servers... which do you play on?

There is 1 European-, 1 American-, 1 Japan- , 1 Korea- and i think 1 Taiwan-Server or smthing like that.

If you are in america you are automatic on the american server etc...

on the european server are different "districts" in the citys: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and international. You can always switch beteween them...

But you can only change your server (euro, america etc.) 5 times


btw: Its not that easy to get level 10 in Pre-searing Oo
I always went out with 6-8....

Its possible to meet up in international districts. Therefore you need not to change your platform.

i wont buy the armor in the first city after tut.....
its to expensive and weak for the price,
do the next 2-3Missions and you´ll get autmatically in a city with armors that are a littel more expensive but a lot better

You can just do all the quest. Try your best killing the monsters alone. I was able to for like 10 quests, but afterwards it becomes impossible. This way you can get nice items and when u finish your quest you can level much faster. Doing quest is the best way to go.
