Not exactly sure what you're asking. If you're asking about AP trading (two people killing each other over and over for free AP) and how much you would get per kill, then it would depend on levels of the characters and their AP rank. Also depends if you're going to be in a group/party.
If you're talking about how much AP you lose when you die, then that also depends on your AP rank.
Also note: The higher you get up in rank, there is diminishing return on AP gains. So the higher you are in rank, its gets that much harder to gain the AP.
Finally, if you're asking how many kills it takes before you no longer gain AP from a player, it's about 6-10 times. For me it was usually 6 times, sometimes a few more, once I think it was up to 18 kills because it was more spread out throughout the day. I'm not sure exactly how long it takes before that timer is up before you can kill that person again for AP though.
