[vb.net] Read from game ?

So does some on know how to read from a game like the HP and make it show in my program in a label also looping in vb.net 2008 ?:mofo::mofo:

Use Cheat Engine.
In the next step, you must take ReadProcessMemory from the Kernel32.dll.
If you find it, read the value and write these on your Label.

But the basic is same everywhere because, it is only a Dll Call.
