Looking for a 5017 Full Ini Source

Hi all, I have a simple question :
Is there any 5017 LOTF Source whitch use a Full .ini Database ? I'm looking for it for some weeks with no results :(

I have a few simple questions for you..This is in no way meant to be mean.

Why LOTF?
Why INI?
Why NOT MySQL?
Why NOT Hybrids?

Asnwers are quite simple too.
Why LOTF : Because I were always using LOTF before, and I know how to use it and add some things on it ...
Why INI / Why NOT MYSQL / Why NOT Hybrids : Because I'm running my Temporary Serveur on an Exon's Host, whitch does not authorize MySQL in localhost.

Don't be careful of my English, it might be some mistakes, I'm French :handsdown:.

Hybrid's doesn't use mysql, its flatfile.

You should make it a leveling server (:

My Final Serveur will be a Pvp Server, so i don't want to make a Leveling server before a Pvp. And more than that, create a lvl server is harder than create a pvp server :D

I would recommend using Hybrids, not Lotf.
