Like New Quest Items...

not totally true if you edit all normal items EG all items you dont want ... then put the mapitemicon .ani into the conquer ani folder when you log into your account it will look like there isnt many item drops anymore when really whats happerning is you cant see the normal items you can only see super elite unique and refined items so pick em all up XD
