itemtype editor request

hi guys i read abt this at some posts
n i couldn find it
generally i use a hexeditor bt i realise i been doin it the hard way
n i cant seem to find a valid download for it except from 1 thread bt that one uses rapidshare
could some kind soul plase upload it sumwhere i could get? here is preferable tho

um how do i save it?

Extract to your ./Conquer 2.0/ini folder.
Point it to your itemtype.dat in the ini folder, should however alredy be there.
Now, find, edit then click the "Edit Selected Item" button.

If you mean server side...NO. But if you want to change the stats and everything, client side....YES
