[QUESTION] Changing weapons skills

Hey is there a way to change weapon skills .. like that ur phoenix looks like penetration or something?
because i saw a guy that made fire look like torny fixed..

yes you would need to rename each folder or swap all the files in each folder so that the client would beleive it was still loading the same effect
