....the only item editor i know of is only client side not server side, in short you can see it but its not actually changed to make you stronger.

i know that... i mean to like rip assholes off etc... so a normal item looks like a super +3 2 soc or w/e super is alright but socs and +'s would be nice :p

No, the use of an itemtype editor is to change what the item looks like to YOU. When you change it you can make a refined item appear as RefLuckyBlade, etc. on the ground.
