E-Pin silks

Can i charge e-pin silks if lets say my ip is from Poland (polish e-pin) and e-pin number is bought in let's say Turkey??

or how to do it :P

I guess there is nothing wrong with it..at my time in iSro i bought many ePins from different players from different countries (Egypt, Polish, Germany/PSC) and never had any probs with it ..
