Need some help on a few things...

Hello I am using Drenferalis's Guide one how to setup a server.
I am successful but I want to know how to:


Make myself a GM
Fix Lottery cause it costs 1000 ep to use
how to make my pet star higher
any gm commands such as spawning items and more
exp rates and drop
ep drops
and if you guys know any other thing that needs to be fixed using this speak up
picture would be more helpful but you don't need to
and yeah i think thats it

Is GM Highest rank?
if not then what is
and could you help me with my other problems

PM is the highest rank, you can find alot of these things on the forum, to make your pet higher look in cq_eudemons, change the growth rates of the pet, then relog your account. Okay I need more help my friend is trying to connect to my server we both using 1030's patch and it say his network congested or w/e?
and I can't find the ep lottery fixer on that link
and how you edit drop rates+exp rate

Alright well you can change the patch number yourself you can name the patch anything so that doesnt make a diff, server maint and network congest means it cant connect to the game so you have the oem's wrong you'll have to edit those to match the ip of the server, the ips you used in the config files in accserver and gameserver folder. if thats not it, cna you yourself enter the game? if so it might be your firewall

you need to change the lottery in cq_action, I dont know what ID number is for the lottery, but if you use your PM and click the npc it will tel you on your screen and search for that ID number.
