first of all, get rich and get like 100-300 mets and go to twin city...
spam the mets in ur item(can b any item) and now u got a socket item u can b sure...

u have a certain percentage of possibility to make a socket... if u r a lucky ass u can make a socket with only one met or if u r a dickhead out of luck ull need like 300 or more, lol. ok any question?
