This is all bullshit. Sure you'll get jailed if you're an idiot... but c'mon you must drop item's in the air or something, you would get jailed if the bot would send invalid packets (like it did earlier when droping items). I'm pretty sure that they both are safe if you know how to use it. I'm using cotobo all the time, but it's not for item dropping purposes. Maybe that's the reason i'm still free...
