there are only some hacks which are working on the most freeshards.

every shard has his own bugs and "hackz" cause scriptmistakes :)

if you talk about osi shards... there are a few postings in this forum which have focused the topic of TEOT or Injection :)

Also... there are postings in english... maybe look around and read a little bit, will help you in your search :)
