Composition Calculator

Ok, so im a newbie using cotobo for a long time with only a couple of posts. Everybody would want to see if this is clean and all so please somebody scan it.

Why did i make this? Well, i liked the one posted on TQ board but one of the feature never got finished (subtracting what you current have). You can check here
Code:
http://shellz2.future-hosting.net/~sony/compose.php
This program is written VB and this is my second VB program besides (Hello World) so it's quite ugly and very plain.

Im not planning to do any revision unless someone can point out something wrong with it.

You didnt need to make any changes, the first one is simpler and easy.

i didn't make that one and the "Currently have" feature does not work.

Weapon or Armor because
Weapon need 2 gems to compose above +5
and Armor only need 1 gem

#edit I have trouble downloading from zerowaitingtime.com.. I always get an error 'A required parameter was missing!' when I know I typed in the right numbers.. Maybe its Firefox. I dunno

#edit2 I had to use IE to download it but I got it and I like it :)

composint calculator helps but it doesnt tell you how much defence or attac you going to gain when item is composed thats the whole point of this chart. and if you are a noob that doesn know how much +1 items you need to make +2,+3,+4 and so on then u need pencil and paper to figure it out once and you gona know for rest of the time. if somebody makes calculator that does all that then it would be kinda nice

that's beyond the scope of this program, i was thinking of doing another one for that.
anyone have a brain can use pencil and paper to figure out but it takes quite long to find out +8 to +9........if you want to know

Good luck because the +1's attributes change every level

The problem with this calculator is the fact that the required number of +1 items needed to go from +2 to +3, or +3 to +4 is a multiple of 3 here is a easy chart

~>TO MAKE YOUR ITEM +N YOU NEED X +1 ITEMS
+1 2
+2 2
+3 6
+4 18
+5 54
+6 162
+7 2 gems for weapons, 1 gem for everything else
+8 972 +3 times the number of gems used to go +7
+9 2916 +3 times the number of gems used to go +8

this is the only way it works!! if you want i can even draw up some diagrems!

there is so many of these tools and +1 lists out there...i dont think we need a new one..but still you tried to contribute, so good work..go on like that..
