If what your talking about is CO partner, which i think it is, its very easy, just open the winrar file (you will need winrar). Then open the server emulator the open the tq programm and press ok ok start, then log on to conquer. Once you have your conquer window u want to use it on selected press f11 and a whole screen should come up, to make it go away press f11 again, this is also used to pause the programm, Now if you were to have read the topic on Copartner you would know all this
