Error in coding 5165

my server is 5165,

i was editing the source (making this:[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...])


so when i debug i get this error
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

and when i go to open server normaly i find this
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]


please help me
