Making weapons and new garments

Start with garments first. I was wondering how do you make a new garment, ive seen TqSelena's post on the release section with his/her (not sure) new garments... tried to put them in my client but failed xD do i need a patch our something?

Weapons..
Anybody know how to make new weapons because i would like to make a few 130+ weapons (none over 140 xD )

Selena doesn't do anything other then go around and rip everyone elses releases and makes a very simple edit then call it "his" release and re-releases same stuff lol he doesn't know the first thing about making garments or anything else for that matter so don't let him fool ya he just goes from here to 4bot and steals everything and re releases it to get +thanks for things he never did.

The garments are NOT new there from chinese co and have been around a long time and to make them work you simply have to have all the needed files for client+svr nothing more.

But that only works for clients 5126 and below, anything after that, new mesh items have to do with dbc files and currently there is no way to edit that.

So there pretty hard to make .Arco if i want to start from scratch?

What do you mean by start from scratch?

If i wanted to make new weapons, like making there mesh and stuff?

its complicated to creating entire new garments well new items u can ask Sir Magnus for help hes pro in it :)
