Attribute points after lvl 120

Hi, guys.
i just reached lvl 121 with my tro.
Its my first lvl 120+ char.
I got 3 attribute points and it was new to me.
I thought only RBs can allot points where they want.
So my question is where should I allot points?
My guess is vitality, am I right?
I know its a nub question :D
