Login Packet

I have tried to figure out how the login packet goes, i've used t3hn00bz0r's CO packet sniffer, but i only see the username, and server in the first packet, if i try to login again after that the packets done make any sence.
So if anyone could help me?

If Im right the password is right after the username 15/16 byte long and it is hashed/encrypted which makes it pretty darn hard to extract.

I just need to know how to generate n' send em myself using java, no decryption neccassary :D

yes, but all i need to know is how to make the login packets, its a chat bot, if you can show me some source :P
