LOL yeah i see... Dude you can do something to this, Did he asked you for permission?

Not much can be done with them downloading your patches, but what you can do to mess them up is. In every patch include your oem.ini and oem.dat, it wont stop them, but they will be forced to release their own patch or their players will be connecting to your server.
