program that predict when u lvl?

Ive been searchin round, but it seems like the post that contains the program was deleted i wonder if it stil working, umm the program that monitors exp and count it when and wat time u level.. some wat like calculate the excact time when u will level.. lol im just asking help hehe.. can u post link when i can get it?
