1st: Deinstall the Spyware (everything related to mail.ru) its coming with the newer versions of rsro.

2nd: Wrong section, look at the main forum of silkroad, there is a foreign section, there you can find many people helping you.

3rd: Your Problem is maybe related to hardmod, it is unstable for many people, look for edx loader in the foreign silkroad section, it is an alternative loader which maybe helps at your problem.
