Wrong Section? This is Hack Section, isnt it?

when downloaded i got a rar file. when i click on it all i get is a notepad of the info.:( How do i launch this program?! Please help

i have actually tried a few other multi server launchers and have had the same problem with them as well. So i am doing something wrong. Does any1 know how to get this to launch? thx

ok i downloaded a win rar downloader and got it to launch just great :)
i need some explaining on how to use this thou plz. I am using this to try and go between mulitiple private servers of WoW. so far i can only get it to go to one server no matter which one im selected on when clicking play. what am i doing wrong? thx
