A problem after downloading CoTOBO

Soon after i downloaded and started using CoTOBO i had to use taks manager to close down a frozen program and When i pressed Alt,Ctrl,Dlt a window came up saying how my admistraitor had diabled it, Also i am the only person who uses this comp so theres nothing like perental controls.

I was wondering if anyone knew how i could enable task manager again, or show or tell me a different way to shut down programs

well, u can push alt+f4, that usually works.. or u can push Escape button, that also works... Or right click the window for it inthe toolbar and hit close.Or look around in control panel and in task manager options and stuff and find out on how to enable the administarter thing.

Thanks, but the problem is i havent been able to figure out how to enable and when ever i use tas manager its most likley because of a frozen window or program which normal means that right clicking on the start bar or "X"ing out doesnt work
