[REQUEST] Download link for INGC

Can anyone upload or post a working link to download INGC?
Since i can't seem to be able to download it at the INGC site

i think India dont have GC

i hope u can use Indonesian language
because IDGC/INGC use indonesaian language
and have fun with INGC

i think IDGC doesn't provide international connection for foreign players
