Time over, Failed to connect to game server

First of all yesterday i complete all steps with success i manage to connect to server and play as admin.Because it was almost 4 am when i did that i forgot what exactly i did.

This morning i try to log and game before enter char screen give me this msg. "Time over,failed to connect to game server"

IP at SQL is open,Ports are open.i change 0x08022100 to ini files.used 127.0.0.1 at hex editor at game exe.(both ip)...i think i have complete every step..But can't remember and find what i do wrong..my knowledges aren't many and i don't want publish the server..just do it to experiment on this things...So any "simple" help could be great.even with pm or anything.thanks in advance :) and sorry for my English i hope i explain everything.

PS. i used Shaiya EP4-EP5 server file.

try shutting down gamewar and login again.

i have make gamewar shutting down
and i have new problem
i start the game login then create car and ligin to car and 1-6 sec
then come the message

connection with server has been disconnected
ERROR

You forgat to do right click on login and command /vchkoff and on game /nprotectoff

Check that .

man i have a problem with my server i can log in but when i chose server and click ok is giving me and error it say Failed to connect ad server!!!

At me is say Failed to connect at server right when i click ok after i chose the server :( please help.
