as requetsed in a other topic , here is my mod apply info :D
enjoy the list and the information

1. Messenger (ICQ/MSN/...):
   ict_quintiensnico [at] hotmail.com (slow response sometimes , depends if i am buzzy or not)
   
2. Age:
   my age is 21 (born 7 april 1989 )
   
3. Why do you want to be moderator?
   i like to be a moderator as i love chatting and talking and saying stuff
   not always as usefull as it should be but still :D it can help (i hope)
   for the rest i do not have any specail reason
   
4. How much experience do you have with the issue of the forum you apply for ?
   this question is kinda hard
   i got experiance before but most of the stuff i know dit i forgot (about mysql)
   i still know enouf of general problems (and most common problems) to fix them if they have to do with eo or with other stuff , but the exact detais are not for me anymore
   
5. Do you have enough time to visit the board about every two days and to put enough effort into the job?
   what you call enouf time ??
   if you mean to take a quick look over the forum , spending a few hours over the forum because some1 need help ??
   
   or do you mean spending a few min over the forum to clean up the spamm and have a fast look ??
   
   or do you mean spending the hole day on the forum to watch when they would post a reply so you are the first 1 that can answer the forum ??
   
   if you mean the last thing then i do not have any time for it
   if you mean that i can spend a couple of hours (if needed) then it would be possible
   
   if you mean the second thing( cleaning spamm) then it would be possible to make some time free for it
   
   but as usual , i am a buzzy persone on the net and always buzzy with everything
   
6. Did you regularly take part in the section before you posted your application?
   
   i dit before , then a time not , and now i am a bit active again
   mostly i try to hep other persones at this moment , before i was making publicity and helping persones and before that i was searching for help (i think , to long to remember)
   
7. Are you able to handle questions and questioners of wich you think that they are very stupid?
   
   i leave that question up to you do deside as it depends per persone what question is stupid and what question not
   
   a smart persone once told me that there are no stupid questions , only questions that doesnt make sense at all , just like this post make sense ^^
   
   so the best way to take care of them is giving them the answer that makes as mutch sense as there post or to provide them the right answer
   if it is spamm (thats not a question) then it get removed as we do not need spamm ^^
   
8. Can you act appropriate/mature with other human beings?
   
   it depends on them , some likes me , others hates me
   depends on persone to persone so i can not talk over that
   mostly i try to fix problems , and that is not always as easy as some persones think to be
   for the rest , it realy can not say it and going leave that part up to the other persones :D
   
9. Did you ever operate as a moderator before?
   yes , and more then that to
   i could give you a previeuw of my first site where i was a moderator but that site is dead for 2 - 3 years now (does not exist anymore , freehoxt.org vbulletin)

i was never good in doing a apply , and i never will o.O
and i can't help it that i love smileys
the reason i love them is that they make a post less boring to read (same as putting spaces betwean lines :) )

it would help to if you put a more specific reason on what part you find it terible and the reason why that part is terible

You left random mistakes on ur application (on purpose) not everyone would understand that. You go offtopic with all questions, and still no actual anwser. And ur stats are low for ur joindate.

And i don´t think that you can act as a mod . Too many smileys.. no.

You see it´s not only my opinion, it´s the opinion from almost all members:
~bad application
~low stats
~not so active
(~ too much smileys)

the inactivity have to to with what i do now , that explains why i got a low activity time

i do not know what is wrong with smileys , they just make your post more fun to read
and it gives a better feeling to read the post with smileys then a post with a boring text and nothing in it

anyway , not every1 is the same so i can understand your desision (and every1 els there desision)

to sum up the stuff and the reason
*bad application = i was never good in making applications , nothing more to say over that
*low stats = because the thing i do now makes me a lot inactive on that time (hard to run a company)
*not so active = see reason above please
*low thanks = the few things that i got released got a few thank you on it , but not mutch is released
*Random mistakes = making a post more fun to read then a boring post

that was so far my explanation of the stuff where i got the comment over

i do not say that the comment is wrong , i agree with every desision that is made (or will be made)
but to sort a few things out and to give a better vieuw over the reason

as i know to , not every1 like it and it is not always on the good place
as i mainly make my posts so they read the post in full (most persones read 1 part of a post and forget the other part , specialy when it are long posts )

anyway , thank you all for your votes and probaly next time i will try to make a better application then the application i got now
