[Help]Shop and Itens

I have a personal predicament at the Mall.
What is happening is that for some time now the mall began to give a predicament.
When a player or Even Char PM Try to buy an item in the Shopping Mall.
He does not come or if it comes, comes Wrong
Example You Buy 10 Packs of Ball comes second
You Open a pack of 20 comes only five Balls. Can someone help me?
My server is turned off because of this bug.

Needless to say, maybe you should learn a little more before hosting a server. Make sure your shop.dat matches your db as well as the correct item id's are where they should be. If your unsure of what an item id is, check the list of pm commands released here.

As for your Exp ball packs, check the action id's that go with the items, to make sure they give the correct amount.
