[Request] looking for a good server hosting

Hi guys,

I been googleing for a couple of hours looking for a good server hosting windows based with SQL to run a Shaiya pserver aswell...
all i can tell is that i'm even more confuse than when i start lol

so im here to ask if you guys can give me any advice on which hosting company should i take in consideration.

just remenber.. better find a server host out of copyright laws, country like: Switzerland, Netherlands..

Alright, so any of those up there not inside the 'copyright zone'(as stupid as that is)?

Also, info on how to make a Shaiya VPS would be nice, whether by link to a tut on here or someplace else if known.
