Little help with C# Error

can anyone help me? i was trying to add TDM.cs to my source and i got this error.. Please advice :)

right click and choose resolve I think :D
Is because you need to use CoSX and not newestcoserver :)

tried that, didnt work....i am frustrated, i only wish i knew the basics of programming :(

change newestcoserver to the namespace in other
classes.
