do you have 128 skill points?

yeah, 'cause u get one skill point in the first act(each difficult lvl (norm, alp, hell)) and 2 from the angel in the 4. act

u only get 110 skill points .12 from all the quest from normal-hell. and 98 from ur lvls

yes and monarch req. only 156 str (STRENGTH not STRANGE) not 185

tbh your tutorial is incomplete, you are missing so much stuff (cast frames, merc equip, good solution, expensive solution etc)

it seems you don't have enough knowledge about d2 to make a tutorial (no offense, but you are missing to much points and you have to much mistakes in your short guide)

And apart from that, a fire sorc isnt so good if you wanna play on hell.

Lidless/Splendor/Whistans 'Eld' if you go maxblock/Spirit if you dont mind high str/Storm if you dont mind high str and want maxblock
Ravenfrost
Natures Peace/whatever
Frostburn for Mana/Magefist for more FC
WT/Silkweave/Waterwalk

Merc would be getting
Insight
Gaze/Andariels Face/Tals Helm
Shaft/bugged Stone/Corpsemourn

Thatd be a pretty solid build for low cost that doesnt need ES if you went for maxblock, in addition it grants a decent amount of MF :hm:

Probably the crappiest guide I've ever seen.

You don't need any point in strength with perfect gear.
