[Question]Flyff Website Host

Hellooo,

I have made a new server, FlyForBlackSky

I have made the whole website template today and my pc isn't 24/7.

My Question:

What is the best simple website host *24/7!!* That Allows MySQL For V13 and is free ???

I have tested some sites:
woelmuis.nl (its with much advertisements)
000webhosting.com (idk how to setup, its to hard)
host-ed.com (dont work)
freehostia.com (idk how to setup)

If someone knows how to setup ?

In most cases the mssql isnt enabled by many free hosters.
Its simply for security reasons and its good to have it disabled.

I Dont said Mssql but I said MySQL LOOOL
